Worship Him in Spirit and Truth!

With Holy Week around the corner, our app has been updated to include the Agpeya, the services through Holy Week, and sayings from the church fathers. We encourage you to take the time to reflect, study, and engage with the wisdom of the Orthodox Church as we journey through Holy Week.

Though services and attendance are still limited, our app is a wonderful companion as you grow closer to Christ. We’ve included commentaries from the patristic fathers on almost every reading, as well as the expositions. We’ve also included quotes from “Thine is the Power,” penned by our beloved Pope Shenouda III of blessed memory. You’ll also be able to follow along with each Pascha service on the app.

As our community and stakeholders, we wanted to release the beta, or test version, of the app early, so that it’s available during Holy Week. We know it’s not perfect yet, so we value your feedback! If you have suggestions, screenshot and share it with our app developers through TestFlight.

Our mission at the Department of Christian Education is to create opportunities for learning, growth, and prayer. Though the past year has been difficult, and will likely continue to be for a while, we’re excited to share this opportunity to engage with the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ on a deeper level. Together, we pray we’re able to worship Him in Spirit and Truth.
