Teams

• The maximum team size is 12 participants.

• The minimum team size is 3 (a team of 2 members may be allowed in exceptional cases).

Hymns and Memorization Testing

• Hymns and memorization testing must be recorded as a team.

• Recordings of hymns and memorization will be uploaded according to the Hymns Submission Form.

• Dates: Thursday, July 25 (noon) through Sunday, July 28 (midnight) (upload the recorded hymns and memorization tests by 11:59 PM, Sunday, July 28).

• Please download, print, and sign the Permission to Video and Audio Record Your Child Form and keep it in your church’s files.

• Please follow the file name conventions for the different parts explained in the test instructions.

Spiritual testing (No Coptic testing this year)

Please register ONE (ONLY ONE person per church) IT Technical Coordinator for your church. Register here.

All spiritual tests will be available online. Kinder and 1st grade, 2nd and 3rd grade, 4th and 5th grade, 6th Grade for those that are using KOJI. Each level will answer the tests online; each team will answer the test together.

FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN THAT DONT KNOW HOW TO READ PLEASE HAVE A PROCTER  THAT CAN HELP THEM READ THE QUESTIONS. But it cannot be their current curriculum servant that is teaching that grade.

• Date: Saturday, August 3, 11am to 1 pm.

• Place: Churches can host online testing at their locations.
